Quique Sanchez Flores admits winless Watford are already facing”finals” at the Premier League but refuses to view the club’s current situation as”play”. The Spaniard, in his second stint in charge in Vicarage Road, is without a triumph from his three league matches because he substituted Javi Gracia at September, together with Watford. Watford sponsor Sheffield United, who are six points ahead, on Saturday – a game Flores explains as”must-win” – at the last match before the latest global break. “We aren’t preparing matches, we’re preparing finals,” Flores said. “We’re conscious of this problem – it isn’t good at the moment. Nevertheless, the good thing is we have many matches to perform finals. So we’ve got opportunities. “When we could get excellent outcomes, we can change the situation but we will need to get it done. Here is. “We all know the opponent is actually tough, filled with assurance. They are very good but I think we possess the vital players in this squad to attempt to win.” Flores is convinced that the mood in the group could alter for the better although watford, who finished 11th in the league and reached the FA Cup last year, have won only two points in their seven matches. “We should not train with this kind of heavy burden on our back, thinking about what occurred before,” he added. “What happened before is previously. We are considering the future. We are confident in each and every message we’re currently giving [the squad]. They know everything. “They’re really intelligent gamers, they could play far better. They ought to pay attention. We’re working on a method to not concede many opportunities to the opponent.” Flores denies he is beneath any private pressure but concedes he believes”responsibility” to help salvage Watford’s season. He explained:”I believe a lot [in myself]. I know how a victory can alter the mindset of everybody. “We are looking, working to get a solution and the remedy is to triumph. This is the only thing that can change the players’ morale. But it isn’t a drama. “This is a poor situation, it’s a terrible beginning but it isn’t drama. I refuse to train, to go thinking this is drama. “This isn’t the message for the fans. The fans would like to know that we are prepared, that we have heart, we believe in everything which we are able to win.” Flores believes the striker is going to soon be back from the end of October although club captain Troy Deeney has missed the previous seven games in all competitions.
